Thomas and Mary (Rayfield) Saint and descendants by John and Mary (Austin) Brewer

"Thomas Saint, (dates unknown) married Mary Rayfield, (dates unknown), very probably emigrated from North Carolina in 1846, settling in Decatur County, Tennessee. They purchased a tract of land from the State of Tennessee in District #4 which includes the town of Decaturville."

(ed.-Mabel Zora Saint wrote that this Thomas Saint had been a Quaker. This makes it likely that he was related to two brothers, Thomas Saint Sr. and Daniel Saint Sr., Memorial# 52161331, that moved to Perquimand Co., NC from NJ in the 1750's and were members of the Quakers. Thomas Saint and Mary J. Rayfield are likly buried in one of the Decatur Co., TN cemeteries.)

Thomas Saint's estate inventory shows that it was entered in the Decatur Co., TN record, Jan. 27, 1870 by J. E. Brashear, Administrator. Thomas had issued several notes to various neighbors and relatives on Oct. 31, 1869.
