Mrs. Anna Gotens Dies In Hospital At Age 82 Years CHESTERTON, Dec. 15—
Mrs. Anna Gotens, 82, a resident of Chesterton for 70 years, died at 3 a.m. today in Porter Memorial hospital, Valparaiso, after a lingering illness.

The decedent was born in Toledo, May 14, 1868, and came to Porter county when a young girl.

She was the oldest member of the St. John's Evangelical and Reformed church of Chesterton, and was affiliated with Phoebe Rebekah lodge of Chesterton.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Emma Nickel of Chesterton; one son, Arthur Harbrecht, of Gary; one brother, Louis Schultz, of Chesterton; two grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in St. John's Evangelical and Reform church, with the Rev. C. B. Bryant officiating. Burial will be in Chesterton cemetery.

Friends may call at the Edmonds' funeral home from 3 p.m. Saturday and up until time of services Sunday.
Daughter of Theodore and Sophia Christina Dorothea Paschen Shultz.
