Blamer, Barbara J. 76 of Pentwater, died Saturday, September 5, 2009. She was born in Pentwater on April 3, 1933 to Chauncey and Gertrude (Balongue) Sayers. She married Walter Blamer, Sr., on June 9, 1951 and he preceded her in death on November 1, 2004. Mrs. Blamer is survived by her children, Laurie (Joe) Dawson of Pentwater, Ronald (Karen) Blamer of Harrietta, MI, Denise Hoeker of Hart, Walter Scott Blamer of Whitehall, Alison (Daryl) Buchanan of Arab, AL; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Jackie Amstutz of Anaheim, CA. Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Doris Edwardsen, brother, Nevin Sayers. Interment will be in the Pentwater Township Cemetery.
