"Will of J.A. Graham - In the county of Limestone County, TX

On this 30th day of January, A.D. 1925, came on to be heard the application of Mrs. Mary A. Graham, community survivor of the estate of James A. Graham, deceased and J.D. Graham, C.C. Favors and J.B. Lemmond, sureties on the bond of said Mrs. Mary A. Graham as such community survivor, and it appeared to the court that due and proper notice thereof had been given; and the court, after hearing said applicaton and the evidence in support tereof, is of the opinion and finds that same, which asks for the release of said parties as principal and sureties on said bond, should be granted:

it is therefore considered, ordered, and decread by the court, that Mrs. Mary A. Graham, as principal and J.D.Graham, C.C. Favors and J.B.Lemmond, sureties, be and they are hereby released forever, and to all purposes and intents, for any and all liability whatsoever on said bond of Mrs. Mary A. Graham, community survivor of the estate of James A. Graham, deceased, filed in the above styled and numbered cause."
