Esther Baier
ST. CHARLES, Minn. - Esther Baier, 90, died Thursday (Nov. 29, 1984) at Whitewater Healthcare Center, St. Charles.
She was born Dec. 23, 1893, in Fillmore County to Uran and Cinderella Wimmer Goldsmith.
She married George Baier Oct. 6, 1915, in Chatfield, Minn.
After farming in Wyoming until 1954, they returned to Minnesota and farmed in rural Dover until the early 1970's, when they moved to St. Charles.
Survivors include nieces and nephews. A brother and a sister have died.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the United Methodist Church, St. Charles, Rev. David Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Chatfield Cemetery.
Friends may 4-9 p.m. today and 9-11 a.m. Sunday at the Sellner-Hoff Funeral Home, St. Charles, and one hour before the service at the church.
Pallbearers will be Walter Fischer, Donn Prudoehl, Curt Siebenaler, Robert Cannaughty, Conrad Holtegaard and Myron Treder.
