BAXTER Funeral services were held Saturday, January 25, at the New Home Baptist Church for Grace Gore Lowe, a 61 year old housewife of Rochester, MI. Baxter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Services were held at 1 p.m. with Robert S. Markham officiating. Mrs. Lowe died Wednesday, January 22 in Rochester after a short illness.
A widow, Mrs. Lowe was the daughter of the late Charles and Frances Fields Gore and a native of New York.
Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Helen Temple of Utica, MI and Mrs. Marjorie Kaphengst, Rochester, MI; and one son, Estel Lowe, Huntsville, AL; and eight grandchildren.
Burial was in Smellage Cemetery.
