Anna C. Grippin (nee Jennings) quietly passed away Feb. 8, 2011 at Woodview Healthcare, Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Bristol, CT Jan. 22, 1926. A homemaker and longtime resident of Ithaca, NY. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church and a hockey mom. She is survived by her daughters, Karen Vitry (Dominique Dec) of Recy, France, Kathy Brown (Mark) of Eugene, OR, Patricia Malin (William) of Fort Wayne, IN, Mary Benito (Jose) of Chapel Hill, NC; her son, Chris Grippin (Ann) of Ithaca, NY. She had 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and lifetime love, Clifford; her daughter, Donna; her sisters, Trudy & Helen. Also survived by her sister, Chrissie. Friends may call Friday, Feb. 11, 2011, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Bangs Funeral Home. Private graveside services will be held sat Feb. 12, 2011 at Calvary Cemetery.
