Sarah was the first wife of Asa Michael Wolf and the mother of two children: Georgia Anna Wolf and Urah Lee Wolf.

We know that the family left Arkansas following the Civil War and that they had gotten in to the area of Falls, Roberson, and Hill counties of Texas by 1870. Asa Michael Wolf's father George Washington Wolf and his wife Sarah Adams Wolf both died between 1870 and 1871 in TX. Death nor burial information is available for either.

Sarah's parents were livng in Bell County for the 1870 census. Asa following his second marriage in Falls County, TX in 1875 moved on to Coryell County and he and h is new family and his mother and sister were there for the 1880 census. Some family members died between 1870-1880, and Asa Michael Wolf left Texas for Indian Territory of Oklahoma where they are found for the 1900 census and the son and daughter of Sarah and Asa were raised and lived their adult lives.

Asa's mother went back to East Texas where her daughter Sarah Wallis was living and later died and was buried there.
