Funeral services for Mrs. Dave Crowther, aged 34 years, of the Grape Creek community, who died in San Angelo Saturday night at 6 o'clock, were held Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Grape Creek church with burial in the Grape Creek cemetery.

Mrs. Crowther was taken to San Angelo two weeks ago for her health. The family resided in Corsicana for a number of years.

Surviving are her husband, four children, Frances and Jack Crowther, Grape Creek; Mrs. Carl Meriwether, Slaton, and Neal Crowther, student in Centenary College, Shreveport, La; mother, Mrs. Felix Humphries, Corsicana; four brothers, H.L. Humphries, Oklahoma; F.G. Humphries, Grape Creek; C.L. Humphries, Corsicana, and R.L. Humphries, Longview, and a sister, Mrs. Dick Molloy, Corsicana.

The rites were conducted by Rev. Isbell.

Pallbearers were Neal Crowther, Afton Smith, Alton Smith, Milton Molloy, Allen Molloy, and Prentice Smith.

The funeral was directed by the Sutherland-McCammon Funeral Home.
