Homer B. Cook Jr. 72, of Knob Noster died Tueday, Jan 13, 1998 at Four Seasons Skilled Nursing Facility in Sedalia.
He was born June 4, 1925, in Fulton to Homer B Cook Sr and Agnes Bullard Cook.
Mr. Cook graduated from Fulton High School in 1943 and served in the Army during World War II with the 81st Infantry Wildcat Division in the Pacific Theater. He worked for Reliable Life Insurance Comapny in Columbia for 32 years until retiring in 1985 when he moved to Knob Noster.
Graveside services will be 2 pm Saturday at Callaway Memorial Gardens Cemetary.
There will be no formal visitation, but friends may call anytime after noon Friday at Williams Funeral Chapel in Warrensburg.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Research Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
