Mrs. Lessley had lived in Mulberry for the past 33 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church there.
Survivors include her husband, Claud, one daughter, Mary; four sisters, Kate, May, Lela and Ella; and one brother Clyde.
Funeral service was held Friday afternoon, May 11, 1951 at the First Baptist Church at Mulberry. Burial was under the direction of Fentress Mortuary, was in Mulberry City Cemetery.
