W M Cole, aged 64, died about 9:00 o'clock Saturday morning at the family home in the Sunnyside community, near Center Ridge. The body was prepared for burial by the Reid Funeral Home of this city. Funeral services were conducted by Elder Terry Cole, of Springfield, Sunday afternoon at the Grandview Cemetery, where interment was made. Mr. Cole was well known all over the county, and had many friends in Morrilton. He has operated a truck or bus line from his community for the past twenty-seven years and many were the favors extended by him to friends along his route. He will be missed by many. Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Lena May Cole, and thirteen children: Arnold Cole, of Manilla, Eva Lee Cole of Atkins, Mrs. Pearl Kissire, Mrs. Jewell Chance, Mrs. Martha Lou Askue and Mrs. Minnie Bell Bartlett, all of Center Ridge, William Cole, Jr., Ola Mae, Eldin, Johnny B., Robert Earl, Loy and Weldon Harlin, all of the home; one brother, Travis Cole, of Springfield and a sister, Mrs. Sue Anderson, of Center Ridge.
