Mrs. Anna B. Whitney, 76, widow of Sherman Whitney, died at the family residence on Macedonia pike early yesterday morning following an extended illness. She was a member of the Jackson street Christian Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Vern Quirk; a son, Ralph; a sister, Mrs. Frank Ross; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren, all of Delaware County.
Services will be held at the Meeks mortuary at 10 o'clock Monday morning with the Rev. Robert G. Sulanke of the Jackson Street Christian Church in charge. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 10 o'clock Sunday morning.
