Lester Crace, 73, 1206 S. State St., died Thursday at his home. Born in Magoffin, Ky., he was the son of Hernando and Drewcellia (Roard) Crace. On Aug. 29, 1931 in Ky., he married Ivory Adams. He was a Kendallville resident for 10 years. Prior to living in Kendallville, he lived in Plain City, Ohio. He was a retired employee from the National Electric Coil Co. in Columbus, Ohio.
He is survived by one son, Robert of Columbus, Ohio; two daughters, Francis Davis of Marion, Ohio, and Diane Gamble of Broken Arrow, Okla.; one brother, Saney of Minefork, Ky.; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters. Burial, Lindenwood Cemetery.
