P. A. (Albert) Hardee of 312 Greenwood Drive in Hitchcock died December 2, 1974, at John Sealy Hospital.

Mr. Hardee was born in Elizabeth, Texas and had lived in Hitchcock for 20 years. He was service manager for Alvin Equipment Company and former owner of Hardee Garage in Galveston. He was a member of the Elks and VFW Post 5400 and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mary L. Hardee of Alta Loma; two sons, A.D. Hardee of Houston and M.B. Hardee of Texas City; two daughters, Mrs. Loyce Ann Park of Austin and Mary Theresa Hardee of Hitchcock; four brothers, R.O. Hardee of Alta Loma, L. G. Hardee of Corpus Christi, Alvin Hardee of Dallas and S.L. Hardee of Edinburg; two sisters, Lillian Hardee of Edinburg and Mrs. Sally Shannon of Washington State; and six grandchildren.
