Graveside services were held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, No. 30, 1994 in Fellowship Cemetery for Lee Loy Cook, Sr., 82. The Rev. Coy Zumwalt officiated with arrangements by Nashville Funeral Home.
Mr. Cook was born April 9, 1912 in Dierks, son of the late Jasper Newton and Martha Isabell Bryant Cook. He died Monday, Nov. 28 in a Nashville hospital. He was a Baptist, a retired farmer and World War II Army veteran.
Survivors include: his wife of Dierks, two sons, two daughters of Dierks: two sisters, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
