Adolpus Monroe ("Dol") Crume, 74, resident of Flora, died Saturday morning at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Kokomo where he had been confined since Thursday. He had been ill for about 10 days. The son of Isaac N. and Elizabeth Mary Porter Crume, he was born in Ervin Township, Howard County on September 16, 1873. He was a member of the Grace Brethren Church. Surviving are the widow, the former Murlee Walker; four daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Carroll of Madison, Wisc.; Mrs. Dollis Maturick of Bantry, N. Dakota; Mrs. Wanda Miller of Wabash; and Mrs. Ruth Jacobs of Kokomo; three sons, Dana of Los Angeles; Wayne of N. Dakota; and Billy of Washington; three brothers, Lauren and Dennis (45501108) of Kokomo; and Leonard (44292313) of Burlington. Funeral rites in charge of Leiter Funeral Home, Flora, were conducted at Flora with burial in Maple Lawn Cemetery.
