Mrs. Alice E. Barkyoumb
Leonardville-Mrs. Alice E. Barkyoumb, 78, formerly of Leonardville, died Friday, Dec. 14, at a Clay Center nursing home.
She was born Sept. 14, 1906, at Randolph, the daughter of Oscar Albert and Hilma Peterson Carlson.
Mrs. Barkyoumb was a member of Walsburg Lutheran Church.
She was married to Roy Barkyoumb on Dec. 12, 1935. He died Sept. 29, 1971.
Survivors include two brothers. T. O. Carlson, Manhattan, and Stanley Carlson, Gallatin, Mo.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Holmes Funeral Home in Riley. Burial will be in Walsburg Cemetery.
