She was a member of the Winona Evangelical Friends Church. Ruth was a homemaker and traveled all over hauling farm machinery with her husband, James. She also visited many nursing homes to play music with her husband. She enjoyed working as the gatekeeper at Paradise Park for many years and participating with the Winona Evangelica

She was prededed in death by her husband of 55 yrs., James A Shultz: a son: Robert A. Shultz,a brother Ralph Cook and her second husband, Robert Neff. She is survived by a daughter, Barbara J. Brown of Los Angles, Calif. Two sons, Richard (Peggy) Shultz Of East Rochester, Ohio and Lee (Jennifer) Shultz of Glendale, Ariz, a brother, Wilbur Cook of Wapakoneta, Ohio. Eight Grand children, 12 great grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 A. M. Wed. at the Maple-Cotton Funeral Home in Kensington, with Pastor Steve Savage officiating. Burial will follow in Lisbon Cemetery.
