FORMER AREA RESIDENT DIES IN COLORADO
MRS. IDA BOTTUM, 93, TO BE BURIED AT ROSENDALE
Mrs. Ida Bottum, 93, died Friday at her home in Englewood, Colo.

Born Aug. 17, 1873, in the Town of Ripon, she was the daughter of Charles and Augusta Brown. She married Richard Pinch in 1902. He preceded her in death in 1907 in Rosendale where the couple had been living. In 1912 she married George R. Bottum and the couple lived in Burdette County, S.D., and then Redfield, S.D., where he died in 1945. Mrs. Bottum moved to Englewood in 1960.

She is survived by a son, F. Carlton Pinch of Englewood, Colo; five stepsons, Stuart and Clark Bottum of Wessington, S.D., Sheldon and George Bottum Jr. of Tulare, S.D., and Carroll Bottum of West Lafayette, Ind.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Kathleen Ellis of Milford, Mich.; and a sister, Mrs. Elsie Kovolske of Ripon.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday at the Candlish Chapel where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. Donald W. Olski of Rosendale officiating. Burial will be in Rosendale Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ida P. Bottum, who died Friday in Engelwood, Colo., were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Candlish Chapel, Rev. Donald W. Olski officiating.

Calvin Moely was organist for the service, and David Jones sang. Burial was in the Rosendale Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Lester Sallsbury, Richard Ellis, Clark Bottum and Roger Bottom.
