Thanksgiving morning she arose, prepared breakfast for herself and her husband, and proceeded to do other work. Mr. Moyer had returned from the barnyard with milk, which Mrs. Moyer strained and put away. Mr. Moyer then went out to feed the chickens. When he returned to the house he found Mrs. Moyer partly reclining on a couch dead. She is believed to have suffered a heart attack. Mrs.Moyer was born in Rockingham, Va., July 10, 1853. After her marriage to Mr. Moyer they moved to Missouri, settling in Ray County, near her present home. They have resided in this county since 1892. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren. Mrs. Moyer is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. J. D. Littleton, of Indianapolis, Ind.; Mrs. E. S. Kincaid, Russelleville; five sons, Randolph Moyer, Tulsa, Okla.; George Moyer, Elk City, Okla.; J. S. Moyer, Russellville; Kelley Moyer and Arthur Moyer, residing near the home of their parents. Funeral services and burial were held at the Dry Ridge Church, in the New Hope country, six miles east of Knoxville.
