ELIZABETH JABES DIES WEDNESDAY

Passes in Hospital Here Two Days After Death of Infant Daughter

Elizabeth Virginia Jabes, 31, 851 South Madison, died in a local hospital Wednesday. She was the wife of Henry Jabes of the Jabes Auto Repair, 1330 East Douglas.

Her infant daughter died in the hospital Monday.

Mrs. Jabes was born in Cove, Ark., May 30, 1903 and had resided here for the past 12 years. In addition to her husband, the surviving relatives are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Arnold, 851 Ida, and three brothers, C. D. Arnold, 1817 South Water, J. T. Arnold, 707 South Sedgwick, and J. H. Arnold, Wichita. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Lahey & Martin mortuary.

JABES -- Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Virginia James and her infant daughter, Elizabeth Virginia, were to be at Lahey & Martin mortuary today at 3:30 p. m. Rev. C. N. Kessler and Rev. C. V. Pearce were to officiate. Interment was to be in Greenwich cemetery.
