MRS. PHOEBE C. YOUNG DEAD
Widow of Late Phineas Young and a Well-Known Woman.
Mrs. Phoebe Clark Young, widow of the late Phineas Young, died yesterday morning of general debility, aged 70 years. Mrs. Young was born in Portsmouth, Somersetshire, England, and emigrated to Utah in 1853. For many years she resided with her husband in the Thirteenth ward, but since his death has resided in the Second ward, where she was prominent in Relief society work. Mrs. Young was also a charter member of the Utah Woman's Press club, and a committee from that club, consisting of Mesdames Wells, Pratt and Alder, was yesterday appointed to draft resolutions of regret because of her death. The remains of Mrs. Young now lie at her home on Fifth East street, but will be buried from the Second ward meeting house on Monday at 12 o'clock.

FUNERAL NOTICES
The funeral of Mrs. Phoebe Clark Young will be held from the second ward meeting house at 12 o'clock today. Friends who wish to view the remains may do so between 10:30 and 11:30 today at the residence, 624 Fifth East.
