"J. C. Rape of Blum Is Dead - Hillsboro, July 29
Funeral arrangements are pending for Johnnie Cleveland Rape, 63, who was found dead Saturday evening in the field where he had been working on his fence, near Blum.
Death is believed the result of a heart attack.
Born near Woodbury he resided in Hill County, all his life.
Survivors include his widow, five brothers, Bill of Plainview, Ezro of Cleburne, Gus and Cleo of Hillsboro and Nuge Rape of Long Beach, Calif; two sisters, Mrs. Ann Beal of Sagertown, Mrs. Vesta Offutt of Walnut Springs, three sons, Lester and Chester of Blum; four daughters, Mrs. Hazel Irene Hill of Blum, Mrs. Sallie Ruth Bolden of Beuna, Wash., and Miss Martha Ray Rape and Mrs. Maxine Ward of Blum, and 11 grandchildren."
