W. P. Delaney of Near Agency Dies
William P. Delaney died last night at his home near Agency. He was 60 years old. Mr. Delaney was born and raised in Buchanan county. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, the Holy Name Society of that church and was a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are his wife, Catherine, of the home; one son, William P. Delaney Jr., of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Lewis Anderson, St. Joseph; two brothers, Robert, St. Joseph and John, Chicago; three sisters, Mrs. Marie Clouser and Mrs. Adolph Fisher, St. Joseph, and Mrs. Louis Harvey, Trenton, Mo., and four grandchildren.
The body is at H. O. Sidenfaden & Son's.

Funeral services for William P. Delaney will be at 9 a.m. tomorrow at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, the Right Rev. J. J. O'Neill officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 8 tonight by the parish at H.O. Sidenfaden & Son's chapel. Mr. Delaney, a lifelong resident of Buchanan county, died Saturday at his home near Agency, Mo.
