The son of Ralph Maxwell L McEwen and Mary Ann Stevens. They also had Harry in 1863 and Ralph in 1866. Mary Stevens was born 1841 in England. Mary B McEwen was, I believe, Ralph's second wife and not the mother of Arthur Franklin McEwen. She was born in Pennsylvania around 1844 and her name was Mary Horn. She brought to the marriage (with Ralph) one child named Edward Horn. Arthur Franklin McEwen and Nellie Moore had two children, Arthur Franklin Jr. (buried at Bellfontaine DOD 2/24/1959) and Marion or Marian (a female)I have a copy of his death certificate.
