WELLINGTON, Carbon County- Wallace Lane Mortensen, Jr., 17, Lebanon, Ore., former Wellington resident, was killed Monday in a motorcycle-automobile accident near Lebanon.

Born Sept. 3, 1947, Price, to Wallace and Dora Olson Mortensen, Sr. Senior Lebanon High School. Member LDS Church.

Survivors: parents, Lebanon, brother, Kent Ray, Lebanon.

Funeral Friday 11 a.m. Mitchell Funeral Chapel, Price, where friends call Thursday 7-9 p.m.; Friday prior to services. Burial Price Cemetery.
