JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Mrs. Ethel Veal Franks, 87, of Hampton Road, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2000.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Brownwood Cemetery, Sandersville, Ga., with the Rev. Jimmy Cason officiating.
Mrs. Franks, a native of Washington County, Ga., had retired as a librarian from Brunswick-Glynn County Public Library after more than 20 years and was a member of Emanuel United Methodist Church, Brunswick, Ga.
Survivors include a grandson, John Wells Franks, Jacksonville; a granddaughter, Gabrielle Anne Franks, Jacksonville; and a great-granddaughter, Logan Anne Franks, Jacksonville.
