"Funeral services are expected to be held Saturday in Coleman (Texas), for the Rev. J.M. Cooper, 53, who died Tuesday in Longview, Wash., where he was pastor of the First Baptist church the past eight years. Rev. Cooper died of a heart attack. He will be buried at Coleman cemetery. He was formerly a pastor of the Melwood Baptist church in Brownwood near Coleman for 19 years.

"Rev. Cooper helped his brother, the Rev. Albert W. Cooper now pastor of the Estelline Methodist church in a revival held at Eli in 1941.

"He is survived by his wife, two sons, James and Bob, both of Ozona, Texas; a daughter, Sybil of Longview; seven brothers and four sisters.
