Susan P. Williams married James B. Sealey in Robeson County, North Carolina in 1898. They moved to Lee County, Texas between 1900 - 1910. Sometime after the death of James B. in 1913, she and her stepdaughter, Susan C., moved to Travis County. Susan had no children, but was step-mother to James B. Sealey's three children: Susan C. "Susie" Sealy Morrison, John T. Sealey, and Julius Wooten "J.W." Sealey. [By the time of Susan P.'s death, only Susie survived.]

Susan P. was the daughter of George L. Williams and Helen Bullock.

UPDATE - 19 May 2012: Although Susan P. Williams Sealey is not listed in the record books for Hugh Wilson Cemetery, I believe that she was buried there based on a death certificate for her signed by her step-daughter, Susan C. Sealy/Sealey which indicates her burial site was at "Tanglewood." [Death Certificate #34173 , Travis County, Texas with name listed as Mrs. S. B. Sealy.] In addition, that is where her husband was buried in 1913. Further, I have communicated with a person related to her Williams family line who says that her father, George L. Williams, came to Texas with her and her husband and that he is, also, buried in Hugh Wilson Cemetery.

All the Sealy and Sealey family members buried at Hugh Wilson Cemetery are related. The ones who came to Texas early [1874] spelled their last name SEALY. The ones who stayed in North Carolina longer before moving to Texas, were more likely to spell their last name SEALEY. [Elsie Ward Jones]
