Survivors: wife, Katherine; one daughter, Mrs. David Conlon of Union Mills, Indiana; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Edward Reiser of Gary; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Wishman of Lake Station, Ind.; Mrs. Dorothy Schroeder of Valparaiso, Ind.; two brothers, Edgar Detlefs of Valparaiso, and Raymond Detlefs of Kouts; and twelve grandchildren.
Funeral services, Wednesday 1 p.m., at the Kosanke Brothers Funeral Home, 105 East Indiana, Kouts, Ind., the Rev. Luther P. Koepke officiating. Burial, St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Kouts. Friends may call Tuesday after 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
