Services for Jesse 'Jess' Walter Allee of Santa Paula will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at Bardsdale Cemetery in Fillmore, Ca., Masonic Lodge no. 291 F & AM officiating. Mr. Allee died on Tuesday at a Santa Paula convalescent Hospital following a brief illness. He was 92. He was born March 5, 1898 in Mulberry, Kansas and lived in Santa Paula for 70 years after coming from Portland, Ore. He was a field superviser for Mupu Citrus for 25 years and retired in January, 1963. He was a member of Santa Paula Masonic Lodge no. 291 F & AM, a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge No. 214 of Santa Paula and received a 50 year pin. He and his wife, Veva were married in Portland, Ore., in May 1919. Mr. Allee is survived by his wife, Veva; two sons and daughters-in-law, Bruce and Betty Allee and Wayne and Dorothy Allee, all of Santa Paula ; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to the Blanchard Community Library, 119 North Eighth St., Santa Paula, CA. 93060, in Mr. Allee's name. Services are under the direction of Pierce Brothers Stetler Mortuary in Santa Paula.(D.A.E.)
