Mrs. Lucy Klokow, 82 of R. 1, Cleveland, widow of Fred, died late Thursday afternoon at St. Nicholas Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born Aug. 29, 1891, in the Town of Herman, a daughter of the late William and Bertha Foesterling Bramstedt.
On Nov. 26, 1913 she married Klokow and the couple farmed in rural Cleveland. Mr. Klokow died in 1962.
Mrs. Klokow was a member of St. John United Church of Christ of Schwartzwald and its Ladies Aid.
Survivors are three sons, Karl and Fredrick of Cleveland and James of Sheboygan; six daughters, Mrs. Alyard (Lucille) Reinke of Glenbeulah, Miss Dorothy of Sheboygan Falls, Mrs. Robert (Eleanor) Seifert of Sheboygan, Mrs. Joseph (Cora) Wetstein of Milwaukee, Mrs. Roger (Marie) Behnke of Manitowoc, Mrs. Edward (Ethel) Moenning of Cleveland; 24 grandchildren and six great grandchildren, and a twin sister, Mrs. Lillie Kimme of Howards Grove.
Preceding in death were two grandchildren and a brother.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at St. John UCC in Schwartzwald, the Rev. Dean Miller, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
