Mrs. Mattie Rogers, 60, of 1008 Stephens Ave., died yesterday in a Charleston hospital after a long illness. She was a lifelong resident of Charleston and a member of Bream Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her husband, Fred; a daughter, Mrs. Louise Dye of Charleston; three sisters, Mrs. Herbert Crowder of Big Chimney, Mrs. Lenora Scarbro and Mrs. Lula Hess, both of Charleston; two brothers, Charles and E.C. Lieble, both of Charleston; and two grandchildren.
Service will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. in Bartlett Funeral Home chapel here, the Revs. Joe B. Overmyer and W.A. Byrus officiating.
Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
The body is at the funeral home.
