Funeral services for Ernest Charley Bost of Malden, a former Senath resident, were held at 2 p.m., Monday, at the Bucoda Assembly of God Church.
The Rev. Dewey Faulkner, assisted by the Rev. Ira Wilkins, officiated. Interment was in Senath Cemetery with the McDaniel Funeral Home of Senath in charge of arrangements.
The son of Joe and Ida Baker Bost, he was born April 4, 1897, at Black Oak, Ark. He died Saturday at the Dunklin County Memorial Hospital in Kennett at the age of 67.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys Bost of Jonesboro, Ark.; two sons, Kenneth Bost of Columbus, Ind. and Wilber Bost of Malden; one daughter, Betty Bost of Arizona; two brothers, Al C. Bost of Malden and Ben Bost of Portersville, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Belle Davis of Stockton, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
One son, Darrell Ray Bost, preceded him in 1941
