William L. Camara, for 27 years an employee of Shop 38 at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died yesterday in San Jose, CA, where he made his home. He was 53 years old. Funeral services are pending. Mr. Camara, who retired in 1949, was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and also played first base for the Shipyard and Braves baseball teams. Survivors include two sons, Clarence of San Jose and William Jr.; three daughters, Valmar C. Silva and Arline C. White, both of San Jose, and Loraine C. Gonsalves.
