She was a sales clerk at Bon-Ton Department Store in downtown York for more than 10 years, retiring in 1965. She was a Girl Scout Troop leader for many years during the 1940's and 1950's at Second Evangelical United Brethren Church in York and a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and Azalia Chapter 2 Order of Eastern Star in Stratford, Conn. Mrs. Rahe is survived by a daughter, Nancy R.Lipschutz of York Township. Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Drue A. Sherman.
