Cumberland Evening Times 2-17-1967:

Mrs. Margaret A. Blake, 90, died yesterday at the home of her son Edward Blake 402 Pulaski Street, where she resided. Born in Corriganville, Mrs. Blake was a daughter of Augustine and Rose Mattingly Burkey. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church at Mt. Savage and a member of Sodality of the Parish. Surviving are three sons - Edward Blake with who she resided, Raymond Blake of Clio, Mich., and Joseph Blake of Cumberland; four daughters - Sister Mary Gabrielle of the School Sister of Notre Dame in Baltimore, Mrs. Mary Boyle of Cumberland, Mrs. George Deffinbaugh and Mrs. George Shaffer, both of Mt. Savage; 29 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. The body is at the Stein Funeral Home where friends will be received tomorrow and Sunday from 2 to 4 PM and from 7 to 8 PM. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home Sunday at 8:15 PM. Requiem Mass will be celebrated Monday at 11 AM in St. Patrick's Church, Cumberland and interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Mount Savage.
