Funeral services for Alfred V. Rhoten, 83-year-old retired farmer who died last night in his home near Conway, will be at 1 0'clock Tuesday afternoon in Warden chapel near Conway, with the Rev. B.E. Dillon officiating. Burial will be in Graham cemetery, under direction of Rainey of Marshfield.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah, four daughters, Mrs. Mollie Dodson and Mrs. Dora Ferrier, both of Conway, Mrs. Victoria Davis of Congress, Ariz., and Mrs. Iva Davison of Springfield, and four sons, Milburn of Conway, Cecil of Taft, Ca., Dixie of Venezuela, and David of Saudi, Arabia.
Place of birth is Dallas County, MO, on Mr. Rhoten's MO death certificate 41255; however, the 1880 listing of Sarah Rhoten household indicates his birthplace was IN.
