David P. Schlosser, age 82, of Eaton, OH passed away Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Heartland of Eaton. He was born September 24, 1928 in Richmond, IN to the late Everett and Jessie (Branson) Schlosser. He attended the Eaton Church of the Nazarene, Eaton, OH; retired from the Belden Corporation, Richmond, IN after 31 years of employment; and enjoyed wood working.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years Anna Berneice (Martin) Schlosser of Eaton, OH; sister Barbara Bowsman of Indianapolis, IN; nephews Mike Bowsman of FL and Steve Bowsman of Indianapolis, IN; and several cousins, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at the Eaton Church of the Nazarene, 400 Lexington Avenue, Eaton, OH 45320 with Pastor Brian Deaton officiating. Burial will be in Springlawn Cemetery, New Paris, OH. Friends will be received from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH and one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday.
