Deborah (Briggs) Carr's will made 3 May 1772 and proved in 1773: "My beloved friend and kinsman Capt. William Briggs to be executor. To daughter Deborah Bailey my loom with all the furniture; to son William Head my household stuff, now in his house excepting my chest, three silver spoons marked B.D.H.; to granddaughter Deborah Head one bed bolster, bedstead and bed cord; to grandchildren Deborah Head, Ruth Head and Thankful Head all ye goods in chest and drawers, which is at my son's William Head; to Benjamin, Sarah, Deborah, Ruth, Thankful, Innocent and Judith, the children of son William Head, one half my money; other half to Susannah, Rhoda, Daughters of my daughter Deborah Bailey."
