The son of Thomas and Gertrude Laremore, he was born July 23, 1906, near Madison.
He married Clarabelle Halvorson on July 3,1950 in Dalton. He farmed near Madison until he moved to Dalton in 1965. One of eight children, he grew up on a farm near Madison and attended rural schools there. He was a member of the Garfield Church and most recently a member of the Ten Mile Lake Lutheran Church. Besides farming, he was a part-time bookkeeper for the Torrey Pontiac Garage in Madison.
Survivors include his wife and a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Hoelz of Dunnell.
Olson Funeral Home of Fergus Falls is handling arrangements.
Visitation begins Monday at the funeral home and continues at the church one hour prior to the service.
