Services for Joy Enzor, 70, of Durant, Oklahoma will be held 2pm Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at the Holmes - Coffey- Murray Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. A.W. White officiating. Interment will follow at Bokchito Cemetery Bokchito, Oklahoma. Serving as pallbearers will be Harvey Burnett, Wayne Hall, Jerry Isbell, Eddie Isbell, Aaron McAdams and Lt Col Dan Newberry. Family Hour will be 6~8pm Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the Holmes - Coffey - Murray Funeral Home.

Joycie Mae Enzor of Durant, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2011 in Bokchito, Oklahoma, at the age of 70 years.

She was born January 22, 1940 in Caddo, Oklahoma to James Franklin & Myrtle Alene (Hall) Newberry. Joy was a member of the Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Durant where she received the Lord as her personal Savior and followed him in Baptism. For the last 6-8 months, she attended The Family Worship Center Church in Durant with her brother Melvin Newberry.

Joy graduated from L.V.N. Grayson County College in 1969. She then worked as a nurse for the next 25 years at Wilson-n-Jones in Sherman, Texas retiring in 2006.

She loved playing "42" dominoes, camping, looking at recipe books, watching cooking shows, and going to garage sales. Joy lived up to her name always bringing joy to other people's lives.

She is survived by her son Charles Enzor and wife Beth of Tucson, Arizona, granddaughter Amanda Harvey of Huachuca City, Arizona, great-grandsons Phillip Enzor, William Harvey, and Landon Harvey all of Huachuca City, Arizona, brother Melvin Newberry and wife Dolly of Bokchito, Oklahoma, nephew Lt Col Dan Newberry and wife Jeanne' of Biloxi, Mississippi, niece Edana Holman and husband Randy of Grandbury, Texas, and their son Tristan Holman.

Joycie was preceded in death by her parents, James Franklin and Myrtle Alene (Hall) Newberry; Grandparents, and sister, Carolyn Felice.
