We have no photographs of our great grandparents! Nor their children, except for our grandmother.
We are hoping by placing this here--our family will contact us. Our genealogy is on ancestry.com.

Deep sincere thank you to Phyllis Richerson in Minnesota, and Marilyn Whittemore Adams in Tennessee for researching our John's parents. My professional researcher made a mistake.

11 Dec 2011--Dale Schaefer reported a problem in locating our family in these plots, which the office said they were there. I have a written paper from the office earlier this year giving the plot numbers.
"I searched the stated plot or section and could not find the grave. The office confirms they are there in that plot, but I've walked that area 3 times and find no stones with their names. See the note on Laura....can't find a marked grave for him or her. "
My note back to him:
Dear Dale,
This is so sad that our grandparents headstones are not in this section. The whole family left behind in Carroll County at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church Cemetery have lovely large headstones made of marble, better than granite.
I will write the office to learn if they were stolen, or in fact there never were headstones!
God Bless you for your efforts.
