She was a member of Fifth Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors: daughters, Mrs. Mary Ellen Martin of Artesia, New Mexico, Mrs. Robert E. Hopper, Albuquerque, New Mexico; sons, E. D. Thompson, Knoxville, F. D. Thompson, Artesia, New Mexico, William Thompson, Smithers, W. Virginia; 10 grandchildren 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Flossie Shearer, Benham, Ky., Mrs. C. A. Guinn, Cumberland, Ky., Mrs. W. A. Cox, Miami, Fla.
The body will be returned to Knoxville for funeral and interment to be announced later.
The body will remain at Rose Mortuary.
