Venessie Watts Austin, age 91, of Whitesburg, KY, passed away Monday, September 14, 2015 at her home. She was born in Pinetop, Ky on October 15, 1923 to Ruby Watts and Effie Hays Watts.
She is survived by her 3 Children - Nelda (James) Fields, Evelyn Hensley and Ronda (Gloria) Austin
