a sister to the late Mrs. B.N. Boren of Dallas. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. M.P. Buddy and J.H. Herndon of Tyler, Mrs. Grace Baldwin and J.M. Herndon of Los Angeles, Charles Herndon of Kansas City, Hugh Herndon of New York City and Mrs. Elizabeth Potter of Washington City. She had lived in this city for the last fifty years and was a member of the Baptist Church. The body will be brought to Tyler for burial. She was spending the summer at Chautauqua.
