Funeral services for Mrs. Eliza Muse Mathis, 90, resident of Tyler for many years, who died at her home in that city Wednesday morning at 4 o'clock, were held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. The services were conducted by the Rev. W.R. Swain, pastor of the Marvin Methodist Church of Tyler. Burial was in the Oakwood cemetery. Mrs. Mathis' death was
attributed to a fall last October 12. She was a great-aunt of E.J. Youngblood of Athens. Other survivors are one son, Forest Mathis of Dallas; one daughter Mrs. Otto Albertson of Tyler; one sister Mrs. Bettie Beckham of Chandler, and
