Fay E Scott age 83, of Belle, passed away peacefully, Monday, October 13, 2014, the Victorian Place in Owensville, Missouri. Fay was born on December 5, 1930, in Osage County, near Belle, MO. She was one of six children born to the late John Logan and Sophia (Roehl) Francis. On July 12, 1952, Fay was married to Walter Leonard Scott in Washington, MO. Scotty preceded her in death on October 7, 1958. Surviving Fay is one sister, Flora Storm of Kansas City; one brother-in-law, Chesley Shanks of Belle; one nephew, Timothy Storm of the Chicago area; three nieces, Kay (Sonny) Lorts of Belle, Sue Shanks of Belle, and Johnene (Jeff) Baxter of Hallsville; Lesley Francis, widow of Greg Lee Francis, of Biggs, CA; one great niece, Julie Badding; four great nephews, Tray Lorts, Douglas Robertson, Curtis Robertson, and Steven Francis; six great-great nieces and nephews as well as many other extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, Fay was preceded in death by two sisters, Fern Francis and Florence Shanks; two brothers, John Francis and Harry Francis; two sisters-in-laws, Velda Francis and Betty Francis; one brother-in-law, CL (Jim) Storm; and a nephew, Gregory Lee Francis.
