Michael Lee Day, age 64, passed away on January 4, 2011 in Provo.

He was born April 3, 1946 to Douglas Eugene Day and Nina Greenhalgh Day in Salt Lake City. He married Bonnie Jane Jensen on January 5, 1968 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Michael was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He willingly and honorably served his country in the Air force and U.S. Army for over twenty years. He liked to watch movies and enjoyed listening to old time country music.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Jane Jensen Day of Elmo; children: April (Ray) Blevins of Arizona, Alvin (Tina) Day of Elmo, Franklin Day of Price, James Day of Elmo, Roy Day, Justin Day of Elmo, and Connie (Lenny) Willson of Moab; ten grandchildren; brother, Eugene; and sister, Beth Ann.

Preceded in death by his parents; and one granddaughter, AnnMarie Blevins

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 7, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. in the Elmo Ward Chapel (199 East Main Street - Elmo, Utah). A viewing will be held on Friday, January 7, 2011 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. prior to the services at the Church.
Interment will be in the Cleveland City Cemetery.
